PLAN FOR MY PROJECT

Well this plan I formulated was Through going THrough this site

Well according to this road map I have completed
> 1. IDEATION PHASE
> 2. CONCEPTUAL DESIGNING PHASE
> 3. FUNCTIONS SELECTION PHASE
And Right now about to start the functional prototyping phase, And also ready to copyright the basic design

Copyright I selected

Creative Commons (CC) is an American non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share. The organization has released several copyright-licenses, known as Creative Commons licenses, free of charge to the public. These licenses allow creators to communicate which rights they reserve and which rights they waive for the benefit of recipients or other creators.
An easy-to-understand one-page explanation of rights, with associated visual symbols, explains the specifics of each Creative Commons license. Creative Commons licenses do not replace copyright but are based upon it. They replace individual negotiations for specific rights between copyright owner (licensor) and licensee, which are necessary under an "all rights reserved" copyright management, with a "some rights reserved" management employing standardized licenses for re-use cases where no commercial compensation is sought by the copyright owner. The result is an agile, low-overhead, and low-cost copyright-management regime, benefiting both copyright owners and licensees.

For more information you can click on this
Also you can click on this link to go to there original site and register you project for copy right you want
.
> The reasons my choosing Creative Commons (CC) Licenses was that it exist is to provide creators with an easy way to define how other people can use their content. CC licenses also protect normal users, as they don't have to worry about copyright infringement as long as they follow the rules of the license.
> And it was unethical to take this much knowledge from Fab community and not give anything back in turns

PLEASE GO THROUGH THESE TERMS BEFORE SELECTING YOUR RESPECTED LICENCE

Steps for registering your copyright

* Click on the link given above and it will take you this page.
* I have personally selected new Beta version for registering my self.

STEP 2:

* This page appears on selecting the Beta version
* There are 2 options given to choose from .
1. First option ask you wheather you know which licence you are looking for
2. Second one is For those who are new at this or confused btw different licence

* If you select this first option i.e Yes , I know which licence i need, system will directly ask you which type of of licence you will go with in next option

* But if you select the second option i.e NO , I need help in selcting licence , system will provide help and ask many questions.

STEP 3:

This means that do you want the second person which will use your work in future will be needed to give you proper credit or not needed to give you credit after using your work

* On selecting option one i.e Yes , anyone

Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)

CC-BY This license requires that reusers give credit to the creator. It allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, for noncommercial purposes only. If others modify or adapt the material, they must license the modified material under identical terms.

If you selects the second option i.e. No, Anyone can use my work , even without giving me attributionYou are forfetting your right on your work and anyone can use your work as he please

STEP 4:

This point is for protecting your copyight or idea being used commericially or not

If you choose the first option i.e. yes , others can use my work , even for commercial purposes , you allow the user to to use , adapt or remix your dea and sell it commercially if he gives you proper attribute

And if you go for second option i.e. No , others can not use my work for commercial purposes you restricts the user for going commercial with your idea wheather he have given you correct attribute

STEP 5:

This point provide you with power to restrict or provide permision foryour idea to be remix , adapt or being rebuild

If you have selected the first option i.e. Yes , other can remix , adapt or build upon work. then anyone canby giving you proper credits and mentioning this is reuse can edit your idea.

And if second option is selected i.e No , other may only use my work in unadapted form, then user cannot edit any single thing and if he/she uses your work he needs to give you proper credit

STEP 6:

If you have selected then second option , as you can see the 5 step in the list will be skipped , as this step is for sharing requirement and 2 point in step 4 doesnt allow you to shareing

For my case i have choose the first point , as i also get some inspiration from some other creator and i dont be unethical be restricting that

Well this point is a little bit tricky one sopls think about this point
